Our CEO, Sophie, is currently pursuing a master's degree in environmental management at Yale, and seamlessly blends her fashion industry, communications, and sustainability expertise. Her background includes professional styling at MM LaFleur, managing social media for NGOs, and overseeing a U.S. Congressman's correspondence program. Sophie's dedication is unparalleled, driven by her personal experiences. In her words, "I left Capitol Hill two years ago not just because I have a black belt in shopping, but because I was fed up with how clothing fit me and I knew I wasn’t the only one. Since then, I have been working to perfect a solution to this problem so many of us face."

Our Vice President of Sales and Strategic Partnerships, Elyssa brings a wealth of experience in business development, corporate strategy, sustainability, and brand partnerships. A proud Cornell University graduate, Elyssa has a proven track record of fostering impactful collaborations that drive growth and innovation. She has worked across industries to connect companies with the right partners, leading initiatives at global organizations such as IKEA to enhance market presence, streamline operations, and build lasting relationships with industry leaders. Elyssa is passionate about creating meaningful partnerships that advance the mission of Atelier Society, and she looks forward to driving new opportunities and sustained success for the brand.

Our COO, Alvina Ding combines an exceptional background in fashion design with a deep expertise in business strategy and operations. After earning her MBA from the Yale School of Management and a degree in Fashion Design from Parsons,  Alvina founded SHUMINGYU, a design studio in New York. Her career includes experience at Oscar de la Renta's Atelier and in business intelligence and client strategy at Christie's. Alvina’s journey is fueled by her passion for both the creative and strategic aspects of the fashion industry, making her a pivotal part of Atelier Society’s mission.
