Shipping policy
When will my order ship/how long does it take for my garment to be hemmed?
Orders take 5-10 business days to be custom tailored to your body by our master tailors. Once your new garment is tailored to fit your body, your order will be shipped to your door via ground or priority shipping.
What are your shipping methods?
Ground Shipping: Once your order has been custom tailored to fit your body, orders typically ship out of our Fulfillment Center and arrive within 2-5 business days post-shipment. Shipments to Hawaii may take up to 10 business days to arrive. Items purchased on pre-order ship on an extended timeline.
Priority Shipping: Once your order has been custom tailored to fit your body, orders ship out of our Fulfillment Center and arrive in 2 business days. Items purchased on pre-order ship on an extended timeline. These shipping timelines are our best estimates, but we cannot guarantee delivery by a certain date.
Please note:
- Currently, we only ship within the contiguous United States, Hawaii, and Alaska and are unable to ship to PO boxes, APO, FPO, and DPO addresses.
- All pre-order items ship on the extended timeline indicated on the product description and your receipt.
- US territory addresses may ship on an extended timeline and can take anywhere from two business days to several weeks to arrive.
