Turn Around Time: Our talented tailors typically complete alterations within 5-7 business days. Please keep in mind that this doesn’t include the time it takes for shipping to our tailors and to your door. 

Excluded Apparel: To ensure the highest quality results, we are unable to tailor garments with sequins, mesh, lace, beads, embroidery, fur, ruffles, down or leather. We do not tailor puffer jackets, sweaters, or gowns. We do not alter sleeves of garments with poof sleeves or alter garments with buckles or non removable belts. We also cannot provide original hem for jeans with flared leg.

Excluded Tailoring Services: We only perform the services listed. We do not alter shirt busts, shoulder lines,  perform waist alterations on dresses or shirts, move waistlines, do repair work, or let out garments.
